Her change journey began in a Nebraska long-term care community and then expanded through her tenure as a mid-west Eden Alternative Regional Coordinator – a role that involved mentoring organizations committed to change across six states.

Why choose a PLUS course option?
PLUS courses are described as "blended learning" experiences. This means that the course involves a combination of self-directed learning and live, group coaching sessions where participants come together at the same time. These sessions are optional and always recorded for flexibility. Self-directed learning happens on a proposed schedule and involves video lessons that you can view through your phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop at your convenience. In addition, PLUS students have the option to connect with and learn from each other through a private course community group. PLUS courses offer layers of learning potential, in addition to flexibility and convenience.
What is the schedule for this PLUS course?
The course content is available as soon as you purchase it. The LIVE coaching sessions take place on March 4 and March 18, at 1:00 pm ET for 60 minutes. March 4 will cover the content on GRO and March 18 will cover the content on WTH.
Will I be able to pause the video in the middle of a lesson?
